How long does it take to receive my sauna after ordering?
Our current lead time is approximately 3–4 weeks after payment is made. Every sauna is handcrafted to order and delivered fully assembled.
Do you ship these saunas nationwide?
Yes! We deliver anywhere in the USA, fully assembled and ready to use. Shipping is calculated based on your distance from our West Coast facility.
Is a heater included?
Yes, the listed price includes a standard heater (your choice of electric or wood-fired). You can also opt for no heater and receive $1000 OFF — and add one later from our heater catalog.
Can I finance my sauna purchase?
We do not offer in-house financing, but many customers use personal lines of credit or third-party financing. We also offer a $500 discount for payment by ACH, check, or wire transfer.
Do I need to assemble anything?
Not at all. These saunas are delivered fully assembled. You may need a local contractor to place it properly and connect electricity (we’re happy to assist them directly).
Can I customize my sauna?
Yes! We offer a variety of add-ons and upgrades:

Can I pair this with a cold plunge?
Absolutely. We recommend adding a cold therapy tub for contrast therapy. Ask us about our bundled packages that include delivery and setup options.
Will I need permits to install this sauna?
Most residential installations do not require a permit, but it’s always best to check with your local municipality, especially if you’re running new electrical lines.
Do you offer support after the sale?
Yes. Our team at Cedar Sense is always available by phone, email, or text to answer questions, help troubleshoot, and provide guidance before, during, and after delivery.
